This week’s post is the first of three blogposts dedicated to the life-changing work of Women’s Education Partnership. Today we outline our University Scholarship Programme, which has enabled 375 young women from disadvantaged backgrounds to graduate from university and go on to serve their communities.
These bright, determined and qualified young women are the future of Sudan.
“In Sudan the main problem is society’s view of women as weak…but this female is able to make a difference in society, and this is what I found in the organization and at Ahfad University for Women.” Hawa, WEP university scholar.
